TwoTags is always concerned about your shopping experience with us hence we work very hard to ensure you receive the best possible experience. However, as TwoTags grows, it’s recently brought to our attention that there are also growing numbers of fake accounts on social media pretending to be us.
Accounts & websites claim to be selling TwoTags merchandise at a huge discounted price, offering giveaway or free products but request for credit card details or postage are not regulated by ourselves.
If you have placed an order through a website like this, we suggest contacting your bank or payment provider immediately to cancel your payment.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Normally, we will dispatch your order the same or next business day.
However during busy or sales periods please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
A notification along with your delivery tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Please note that our shipping time frame is only an estimate.
If it's an international order, you may continue to track it via your local post (Canada Post / Royal Mail / USPS / NZPost etc) a few days after it leaves Australia. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from shipment (15 business days for international orders), track your order to see if your parcel is at the post office waiting for collection.

Send us a message. We are happy to make the changes for you if we can get to it in time. We will try our very best however there is no guarantee for the change so it is best you double check all details before completing your order.

WHEN ARE YOU RESTOCKING?
Simply click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the particular item and follow a few simple steps and you will be notified when the item comes back in stock.
If you've waited for 2-3 months and still no sign of restock then it is very likely that it is a discontinued product.
